Consulting Research and Studies Institute-female section- has organized during the period from Muharram 24-25, 1438 H  Kaizen Strategy Course from Japan to the World. The main lecturer in the course was the member of the teaching staff at the department of management and planning Dr. Wafaa Mohdir.   
 
The course targeted the senior leaders in different fields and was attended by the Dean of University Studies for Girls, Dr. Hala bint Saeed Al-Amoudi, the Vice-Dean of University Studies for Female Students, Dr. Sheikha bint Saud Ashour, the Vice-Dean of Graduate Studies, Dr. Maisoon Zayed Al-Bunyan, the Vice-Dean of Student Affairs for Student Activities and Training, Dr. Fatima bint Abdullah Al-Aidaroos, the Vice Dean of Female Students Affairs Dr. Mona Bint Muhammad Hajji, the Vice Dean of the College of Education Dr. Somaya Sharaf, besides the members of the teaching staff, senior officials of the public education and the female graduate students.  

 
The course discussed defining Kaizen concepts and its applications besides introducing its strategies and skills as well as the Kaizen's personal, scientific and developmental applications.  
 

At the conclusion of  the course, the trainees received certificates of attendance approved by the Vice-Deanship for Support of Professional Accreditation at the Consulting Research and Studies Institute.
