The Customer Service Center at the Ministry of Education Grants Ms. Hana' Al-Ja`id the Excellence Award for a Second Time




For the second time, the Assistant Director of the Customer Service Center in the university, Ms. Hana' bint Awad Al-Ja`id, was awarded an excellence card issued from the Customer Service Center in the Ministry of Education, in the management of the electronic Tawasul service system "Quality Unit". This was for her outstanding efforts in serving the beneficiaries in a professional manner and completing tasks quickly, which attain the goals which the Ministry of Education and Umm Al-Qura pursue.

On his part, the Director of the Customer Service Center, Mr. Talal bin Ali bin Sultan Al-Abdali, expressed his appreciation for the outstanding efforts of all the staff of the Ministry of Education's Customer Service Center and the coordinators of the Tawasul service at Umm Al-Qura University, stressing his keenness to achieve the desired objectives of the UQU University and to develop the center in order to provide the best service to all beneficiaries.

Ms. Hana' Al-Ja`id also expressed her thanks and appreciation for this honor, stressing the importance of exerting further efforts to contribute to the service of the university through fruitful dedication and distinctive competition to provide the best services and to facilitate the procedures for all beneficiaries, using an integrated system.
