His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bahusain Bafail, has issued (7) administrative decisions, which include the following:
- Appointment of Dr. Muhammad bin Salih Abdullah Al Al-Sheikh as Vice Dean of the College of Engineering and Islamic Architecture for a tenure of two years, as from 29 Jumada Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
- Appointment of His Excellency Dr. Hamzah bin Abdul-Rahman Al-Harthi as Vice Dean of the College of Engineering for Development and Entrepreneurship for a tenure of two years, as from 29 Jumada Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
- Appointment of Dr. Abdul-Fattah bin Jamil bin Abdul-Fattah Bastinji as Vice Dean of the College of Social Sciences for Development and Entrepreneurship for a tenure of two years, as from 29 Jumada Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
- Appointment of Dr. Ibrahim bin Nur Al-Din bin Abdul-Qadir Al-Bukhari as Head of the Department of Islamic Architecture at the College of Engineering and Islamic Architecture, for a tenure of six months, as from 28 Jumada Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
- Appointment of Mr. Mahfuzh bin Muhammad bin Salim Bajud as a Director of the College of Dentistry for a tenure of one year, as from 1 Rajab, 1440 A.H.
- Appointment of Mr. Hani bin Abdul-Hamid bin Abdullah Hayat Nur as Assistant of the General Director of the University Medical Center for Administrative Affairs for a tenure of one year, as from 1 Rajab, 1440 A.H.
- Appointment of Her Excellency Dr. Faridah bint Muhammad bin Ahmad Al-Ghamdi as Vice Dean of University Studies for Girls for a tenure of three months, as from 29 Jumada Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
His Excellency asks Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) to help them and grant them success in performing their duty towards knowledge and its seekers, and in raising the standard of the university to enable it to reach its desired goals.
