His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bahsain Bafail, issued two administrative decisions, which included the following:
- Appointing Prof. Ahmad bin Ibrahim bin Muhammad Shubak as the Administrative Director of the College of Arabic Language and Literature, from Jumada Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
- Appointing Dr. Nihad bint Abdul-Qadir bin Abdullah Sha`ir as the Head of the Department of Chemistry at Al-Leith University College for a tenure of six months, from Jumada Al-Thani, 1440 A.H., in addition to her work as the Deputy Head of the Department of Physics (female section).
His Excellency asks Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) to help them and grant them success in performing their duty towards knowledge and its seekers, and in raising the standard of this university to enable it to reach its desired goals.
