His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bahusain Bafail, issued an administrative decision appointing His Excellency Dr. Sami bin Yaseen bin Ahmad Barahmin as Dean of the Custodian of Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research, as of 6 Jumada Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
His Excellency asks Allah (Exalted and Glorified be He) to help Dr. Sami and grant him success in performing his duty towards knowledge and its seekers, and in raising the standard of the university to enable it to reach its ultimate objectives.
