Computer Department at Jamoum University College, represented by the Creative Makers Club, participated in the activities of the Digital Citizenship Forum that was organized by the Deanship of E-Learning on Thursday, 18 Jumada Al-Awwal, 1440 A.H. They participated with a partition entitled, 'Digital Security'. It aimed at informing the attendants about the secure and sound ways of dealing with the digital world.
This partition tackled several themes, the most important of which were:
- The proper way to create a password, and the importance of updating it regularly.
- How personal data is hacked, the methods of protection from hacking, and what one should do if it occurs.
- Ways of limiting social media companies from reaching personal data.
