His Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, President of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU), issued an administrative decision appointing Prof. Abdullah bin Safar bin Abdullah Al-Hawamlah Al-Dhubyani as Advisor on Investment Affairs to the UQU President, in addition to his duties as the Vice Dean of Student Affairs for Student Services.

His Excellency asks Allah (Exalted and Glorified be He) to help him and grant him success in performing his duty towards knowledge and its seekers, and in raising the standard of the university to enable it to reach its desired goals.

His Excellency's decision is part of the comprehensive development that the university is witnessing in all fields. It is also part of the university's earnest endeavors to achieve its goals, fulfill its vision, and accomplish its future mission in order to become a leader in terms of its various programs and activities that are in harmony with the Saudi Vision 2030.
