UQU Department of Projects continued to organize workshops in Jeddah, in cooperation with Ahdaf Consulting Company, to develop the administrative structure and the strategic plan for projects. The workshops were launched in the presence of His Excellency, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, President of the University, Dr. Muhammad Al-Hazimi, the General Supervisor of Project Management, as well as management, facilities, services and security managers.

The workshop discussed measuring the performance indicators of project management, and developing plans to improve the work performance according to a well thought-out strategy that meets the goals of Umm Al-Qura University and its future plans at the university headquarters and branches.

Dr. Muhammad Al-Hazimi, the General Supervisor of Project Management, pointed out that the aim of the workshops is to restructure the administration in line with the new directions and the developmental movement of the University.
