His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bahusain Bafail, issued an administrative decision appointing Dr. Muhammad bin Ja`far bin Muhammad Thabit as Dean of Academic Development and Quality, as from 27 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.

His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University asked Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) to help Dr. Muhammad and grant him success in performing his duty towards knowledge and its seekers, and in raising the standard of the University to enable it to reach its ultimate objectives.
