His Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, President of Umm Al-Qura University, issued (10) administrative decisions, which included the following:
- Appointing Dr. Ahmad bin Faisal bin Ahmad Sabhi as the Vice-Dean for Jamoum University College for a tenure of two years, as from18 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
- Appointing Dr. Na`im bin Fawzi bin Husayn Qasti as the Vice-Dean of the College of Medicine for Development and Entrepreneurship at Al-Qunfudhah for a tenure of two years, as from 18 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
- Appointing Dr. Mahdi bin Husayn Mahdi Al-Suqur as the Vice-Dean of the College of Health Sciences for Development and Entrepreneurship for a tenure of two years, as from 18 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1440 A.H. That is in addition to his current work as Head of the Department of Public Health at the College.
- Appointing Dr. Wisam bin Salih bin Abdul Rahman Al-`Itr as the Vice-Dean of Postgraduate Studies for Educational Affairs for a tenure of six months, as from 18 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
- Appointing Dr. Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Muhammad Al Yahya Al-Mathami as the Vice-Dean of Student Affairs at Al-Qunfudhah University College (Male Section) for a tenure of six months, as from 18 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
- Appointing Dr. Majid bin Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Qurashi Al-Maliki as Head of the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the College of Dentistry for a tenure of two years, as from 18 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
- Appointing Dr. Salim bin Ali bin Salim Erigah as Head of the Mass Communication Department at the College of Social Sciences for a tenure of two years, as from 18 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
- Appointing Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah bin Muqbil Al Muqbil Al-Qarni as Head of the Programs Department at the College of Community Service and Continuing Education for a tenure of two years, as from18 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
- Transferring Dr. Tariq bin Khalid bin Umar Al-`Afif from the post of Head of the Accounting Department at Jamoum University College to the post of Head of the Department of Computers at Jamoum University College, as from 18 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
- Appointing Prof. Fahd bin Mahfuzh bin Atiq Al-Subhi Al-Harbi as Head of the Accounting Department at Jamoum University College for a tenure of six months, as from 18 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
