In conjunction with World Quality Day, the Deanship of Library Affairs, represented by the Department of Quality and Administrative Development, held an activity entitled 'Quality in the Deanship of Library Affairs: A Methodology of Excellence and Aspirations that Raise Our Status' on Tuesday, 28 Safar, 1440 A.H. During this event, the quality aspects of the library were reviewed with the aim of raising awareness by spreading a culture of quality amongst the university community, exchanging experiences, and highlighting the best quality practices in the library.
In addition, a training course was held for the female employees of the deanship, entitled 'Kaizen: Japanese Philosophy in Business Development.' The course was presented by Ms. Ruba Ghazzawi on Wednesday and Thursday, 29 -30 Safar, 1440 A.H.
At the end of the course, the Deanship of Library Affairs presented a certificate of appreciation to Ms. Ruba Ghazzawi for her cooperation and efforts exerted in presenting the training course.
