The Department of Computer at the University College in Jamoum, male and female sections, held  a workshop on virtual reality titled: "Designing and Developing the Programs of Virtual Reality", on Thursday, 30 Safar, 1440 A.H.

The workshop was presented by his Excellency Dr. Abdul-Aziz Al-Sha`ir and his Excellency Dr.  Muhammad Al-Ghamdy in the conference room in Building (A) for the male students' section and through educational studios for the female students' section, with the coordination and supervision of the activities supervisor in the department, Mrs. Hamdah Al-Utayby.

The workshop tackled the principles of virtual reality and its advantages and uses, as well as three-dimension design with the SketchUp Program and designing and developing virtual reality with the Unity 3D Program.

The event concluded with the practical application of the concepts that were discussed during the workshop.
