Chairperson and Members of Board of Directors of Charity Fund to Support Scholarship Student Programs Hold an `Institutional Development' Workshop

The Dean of the Arabic Language Institute for Non-Native Speakers and the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Charity Fund to Support Scholarship Students at Umm Al-Qura University, Dr. Hassan Bukhary, held a workshop on the strategic and institutional development of the fund in collaboration with one of the specialized offices in the field of administrative consultations.  The institute's vice-dean and the board of directors of the charity fund attended the workshop.  

 

At the commencement of the meeting, Dr. Bukhari welcomed the fund members and the participants of the workshop, which was set to discuss the strategic plans of the upcoming period under an institutional entity contributing to support a scholarship program offered for the sons of the Muslim nation to receive their education in the fields of Arabic language and Islamic Shari'a sciences in the Kingdom.

 
He said the Arabic Language Institute for Non-Native Speakers enjoys the support of the wise leadership in the provision of its educational, rehabilitation, and training message for scholarship students to help them becoming specialized instructors linguistically and academically in the Arabic language and Islamic Shari'a. He added that the Charity Fund to Support Scholarship Students contributes to developing the scholarship program and taking care of admissions to this program from all parts of the Islamic world.  

 

Concluding his speech, Dr. Bukhay valued the directives of the UQU President, Prof. Bafail, and the support provided for the activities and programs of the institute, which will contribute to teaching the Arabic language, providing professional and high-level performance through the specialized cadre in the Arabic language sciences, and communicating effectively with other cultures. He then praised the efforts of the workshop participants and wished everyone success.
