His Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, President of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU), issued an administrative decision designating Dr. Ahmed ibn Omar ibn Ahmed Babalgith as the Dean of the College of Public Health and Health Informatics. He asked Allah (Exalted and Glorified be He) to help him and grant him success in performing his duty towards knowledge and its seekers, and in raising the standard of this university to enable it to reach its ultimate objectives.
His Excellency congratulated Dr. Ahmed Babalgith for being assigned as the Dean of the College of Public Health and Health Informatics. He referred to the efforts and developmental work made by the preceding dean, and wished him success.
Then His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Babalgith expressed his appreciation of the University President's trust in him, due to him designating him as the Dean of the College of Public Health and Health Informatics, stressing that he will –with Allah's help– meet his expectations. He praised the efforts made by the preceding dean, Dr. Wahib Al-Harby, pointing out that he will work to develop these efforts to be in harmony with the Saudi Vision 2030, according to the national Transformation Plan 2020.
