His Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, President of the University, has issued seven administrative decisions, as follows:
1- Designating Dr. Sultan bin Sabir bin Abdullah Al-Rowiathy Al-Harby as the Head of the Business Administration Department in the College of Business Administration for a tenure of two years, as of 19 Safar, 1440 A.H.;
2- Designating Dr. Sultan bin Aaly bin Aly Al-Sofiany as the acting Head of the Training Courses Department in the Higher Institute for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice for a tenure of six months, as of 19 Safar, 1440 A.H.;
3- Renewing the mandate of Dr. Fatima bint Jabr bin Awad Al-Homody Al-Solamy as the Vice Dean of the College of Nursing for Development and Entrepreneurship for a tenure of six months, as of 29 Dhul-Qi`dah, 1439 A.H., in addition to her work as the College Vice Dean, females' section;
4- Renewing the mandate of Dr. Nouf bint Saeed bin Ahmad Al-Abbas as the Supervisor of the Admission and Registration Unit at Al-Lith University College, females section, for a tenure of six months, as of 1 Safar, 1440 A.H.;
5- Renewing the mandate of Dr. Ebtisam bint Muhammad bin Ahmad Al-Ghamdy as the Deputy Director of the Islamic Studies Center in the College of Shari`a and Islamic Studies, females section, for a tenure of six months, as of 29 Muharram, 1440 A.H.;
6- Designating Dr. Suaad bint Firiah bin Salih Al-Muhammad Al-Thaqafi as the acting Deputy Head of the Graduate Studies Department in the College of Arabic Language and Literature, females section, for a tenure of six months, as of 19 Safar, 1440 A.H.;
7- Designating Mrs. Nada bint Aly bin Abdu Al-Gawzy as the acting Deputy Head of the Education Department in Al-Qunfudhah University College, females section, for a tenure of six months, as of 19 Safar, 1440 A.H.;
The UQU President, Prof. Bafail, wished them good luck in their new positions, and called upon them to make every effort to drive the university to the sought-after target.
