His Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, President of the University, issued eighteen administrative decisions involving the following:

1- Designating Dr. Mohamed bin Saleh Abdullah Al-Al-Sheikh as the acting vice dean of the College of Engineering and Islamic Architecture for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 14, 1440 H in addition to his work as the Head of Electrical Engineering Department in the college; 
2- Transferring the mandate of Dr. Shadi bin Mohamed Ahmed Monshi to work as the Vice Dean of the College of Engineering and Islamic Architecture for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research as of Muharram 14, 1440 H until the end of his tenure in the College Vice Deanship for Training and Industrial Relations in Ramadan 12, 1440 H;  
3- Renewing the mandate of Dr. Ahmed bin Abdullah Mohamed Osman as the Supervisor of the Vice Deanship of the College of Public Health and Health Informatics for Hospital Affairs for a tenure of one year as of Muharram 2, 1440 H;

4- Renewing the mandate of Dr. Abdu bin Ahmed bin Abdu Sobaihi as the Head of the Al-Qunfudhah Chemistry Department for a tenure of six months as of Dhul-Hijjah 27, 1439 H; 

5- Designating Dr. Khadran bin Maeedh bin Khadran Al-Zahrani as the acting Head of Al-Qunfudhah  Computer Department for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 15, 1440 H; 

6- Renewing the mandate of Dr. Mohsin bin Mohamed bin Ibrahim Mustafa as the Supervisor of the Department of Engineering Sciences and Computer in Makkah Community College for a tenure of one year as of Muharram 2, 1440 H; 

7- Renewing the mandate of Dr. Mahmoud bin Abdul-Hadi bin Mahmoud Jad as the Supervisor of Al-Lith Department of Physics for a tenure of one year as of Muharram 5, 1440 H; 

8- Designating Dr. Omar bin Saleh bin Omar Al-Malki as the Assistant Supervisor of University Media Center for a tenure of one year as of Muharram 10, 1440 H in addition to his work as the Vice Dean of Jamoum University College; 

9- Designating Dr. Mona bint Ali bin Saif Al-Yamani as the Vice Dean of Makkah Community College, females section, for a tenure of two years as of Muharram 9, 1440 H; 

10- Designating Dr. Rajaa bint Tahir bin Mohamed M'atooq as the acting Vice Dean of the College of Applied Sciences  for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 6, 1440 H; 

11- Designating Dr. Nora bint Saleh bin Shams Farouqi as the Vice Dean of the Consulting Research and Studies Institute, females section, for a tenure of two years as of Muharram 9, 1440 H in addition to her work as the Director of the Engineering and Architectural Sciences Research Center in the Deanship of Scientific Research, females section; 

12- Designating Dr. Haifaa bint Hussein bin Ali Hijazi as the Vice Dean of Preparatory Year for the Scientific and Administrative Streams, females section, for a tenure of two years as of Muharram 10, 1440 H; 

13- Designating Dr. Alaa bint Hatim bin Hassan Qadi as the acting Head of Clinical Nutrition Department in the College of Applied Medical Sciences for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 10, 1440 H;  

14- Designating Dr. Rabab bint Sharaf bin Abdullah Jassas as the Supervisor of the Admission and Registration Unit in the Jamoum University College, females section, for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 15, 1440 H in addition to her work as the  deputy head of Jamoum Department of Chemistry, females section;  

15- Renewing the mandate of Dr. A'esha bint Hassan bin Mostafa Baroudi as the Deputy Head of Classical Arabic Rhetoric and Literary Criticism Department in the College of Arabic Language and Literature for a tenure of six months as of Dhul-Qe'dah 28, 1439 H;  

16- Renewing the mandate of Mrs. Ameerah bint Fuad bin Abdul-Khaliq Digna as the Deputy Head of Engineering Sciences and Computer Department in Makkah Community College, females section, for a tenure of six months as of Shawal 15, 1439 H; 

17- Designating Mrs. Alaa bint Jamal bin Ahmed Fitaihi as the acting Deputy Head of Tourism and Hospitality Department in the College of Business Administration, females section, for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 14, 1440 H;  

18- Designating Dr. Manal bint Abubakr bin Mohamed Khoj as the Assistant Supervisor of the University Media Center, females section, for a tenure of one year as of  Muharram 10, 1440 H;
