The members of the UQU Strategic Team of Empowerment Plan "Tamkeen 2023" discussed the applications and programs that can be used to gauging opinions and participation of the university affiliates including; students, employees, faculty members and senior leadership in preparation to conduct the executive workshops and apply strategic analysis models to study the status quo and explore the future aspirations.

 
In their sixth meeting, the members of the team reviewed a number of strategic plans for the local and international universities focusing on achieving reference comparisons. The statistics, policies, and procedures adopted in the academic, research and educational system of each university were highlighted. 

It should be noted that Tamkeen plan endeavors to aligning its strategy with the positive local and international expertise to come up with a structured and comprehensive plan for all the academic, research and investment elements of the university by the end of the current academic year 1439/1440 H.

For their part, the members of the team extended their thanks and appreciation to the UQU President Prof. Abdullah Bafail for his support and attention paid to the team and for providing all facilities, which will help the team to perform its task inside the male and female campuses of the university.
