Prof. Dr. Abdullah bin Omar Ba-Hussein Bafail, President of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU), has taken (3) administrative decisions stipulating the following:

1- Designating Dr. Yassir bin Mohamed Saleh Hawsawi as the acting Director of the Islamic Studies Center in the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies for a tenure of six months as of Dhul-Qe'dah 14, 1439 H;
2- Renewing the mandate of Dr. Khamis bin Fahim bin Abdul-Fattah bin Abdu Aziz as the Supervisor General of  the administrative track in the Deanship of Preparatory Year for a tenure of one year as of Dhul-Qe'dah 4, 1439 H;
3-  Designating Dr. Noura bint Saleh bin Shams Farouqi, the Vice Dean of the Consulting Research and Studies Institute, females section, for a tenure of six months as of Dhul-Qe'dah 14, 1439 H in addition to her work as the  deputy director of the Engineering and Architectural Science Research Center in the Deanship of Scientific Research, females section.  

The UQU President, Prof Bafail, wished them good luck in their new positions and called upon them to make every effort to drive the university to the sought-after target.
