The Deanship of Admission and Registration at Umm Al-Qura University has invited more than 10 thousand male and female students who submitted their admission applications via the online admission portal to confirm their nomination using the same portal in the period from Dhul-Qe'dah 4 to 10, 1439 H.

On this occasion, the Dean of Admission and Registration Dr. Hashim bin Ahmed Al-Samadani congratulated the students nominated for admission wishing them all success and progress. He noted that students who were not admitted still have the chance to apply for the programs of the preparatory and qualification year and the diplomas of the community college from Dhul-Qe'dah 16 to 20, 1439 H indicating that eligibility process will take place from Dhul-Qe'dah 23 to 25, 1439 H. He added that results will be announced and fees will be settled from Dhul-Qe'dah 26, 1439 H to Dhul-Hijjah 5,1440 H.

Dr. Al-Samadani went on to add that the nominated students exceeded 10 thousand for the medical, administrative engineering and computer streams of the preparatory year and the direct admission at the university main campus in Makkah and its branches at Jamoum, Al-Qunfudhah, Al-Lith and Adhm indicating that once the nomination is confirmed, the university ID will be issued automatically.

Wrapping up his speech, Dr.  Al-Samadani said to maintain transparency, a mechanism was provided to check on the lowest weighted average of admission for each major or program.
