Consulting Research and Studies Institute in collaboration with Al-Qunfudhah University College to organize Baseqah Program for Vocational Rehabilitation and Support for females looking to join labor market from Dhul-Qe'dah 2 to 9, 1439H at Al-Azhar Palace Hotel in Al-Qunfudhah.
Meanwhile, the Dean of Consulting Research and Studies Institute Dr. Ali bin Mohamed Al-Shaari said the program is launched as part of both University and Institute vision aimed at providing training, preparing specialized national cadres and serving the community in the training and consultation fields in line with the Kingdom Vision 2030.
He added the program will last for 36 training hours divided into three different paths as following; personal rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation and commercial rehabilitation, and will contribute to boosting skills of females looking to join labor market by providing them with the language skills, negotiation and persuasion skills, problem-solving skills, communication, leadership skills, teamwork skills besides training them on how to start their own projects, design and e-commerce and dealing with clients skills.
He explained that the program will be provided by specialized female trainers in the different fields. He then lauded the support of the UQU President Prof. Abdullah Omar Bafail and his keenness in the excellence of the programs provided by the institute to serve the community.
