The PhD thesis submitted by Student/ Saleh Judallah Awwadh An-Nofai’y will be discussed on Thursday, 16th Ramadan 1439H, evening at the Grand Lectures Room, the College of Education, the University City in Al-Abediyah. The thesis is entitled, “Privatization of Saudi Universities in the Light of Knowledge-Based Economy and National Transformation Indicators.”
The discussion committee comprises Dr. Abdulah bin Ahmad Al-Zahrany, Associate Professor of Educational Administration and Planning, (Supervisor and Rapporteur), Prof. Dr. Mansour bin Awad Al-Qahtany, Professor of Educational Administration and Planning at the College of Education- King Khalid University, (External Discussant), and Prof. Dr. Abbas Bellah Muhammad, Professor of Educational Administration and Planning at the College of Education- Umm Al-Qura University, (Internal Discussant).
