On Thursday morning, Shaaban 24, 1439H, at the big hall at the College of Education at the UQU Campus in Al-Abediya, student Marzouq Matar Al-Fahmy defended his Phd thesis, under the title “Development of  Comprehensive Quality Administrations in the General Education in Light of Kingdom Vision 2030 Initiatives - Proposed Strategy” "تطوير إدارات الجودة الشاملة في التعليم العام في ضوء مبادرات رؤية المملكة 2030 - استراتيجية مقترحة".

The discussion panel included each of the following: Dr. Abdullah Salah Alluhiany, the Associate Professor of Educational Administration and Planning, as a Rapporteur. Prof. Dr. Mubarak bin Fahed Al-Qahtany, the Professor of Educational Administration and Planning at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University, as an External Member.  Prof. Dr. Turkey bin Kademes Al-Otaibi, the Professor and the Head of the Department of Educational Administration and Planning in the College, as an Internal Member.

The student obtained the Phd degree with Excellent grade.
