A number of investors from Ra'ed Ventures Limited have paid a visit to Wadi Makkah's Startups Center to discuss investments in entrepreneurial technology ventures. The delegation included Founding Partner Omar A. Almajdouie, Venture Partners Talal AlAsmari and Jassim Alharoon.
They were received by Deputy Chairman of the Board of Wadi Makkah, Dr. Nabil bin Abdul Qader Koshak, CEO of Wadi Makkah Osama bin Rashid Al-Omari, CEO of NaviBees Dr. Saleh Ba-Salama, Head of the Technology Innovation Center Dr. Anas Ba-Salama and Wadi Makkah PR Official Majed Abdullah.
During their visit, the venture partners toured Startups Center and were given a presentation on the details of every company and products including NaviBees, Smart Cities, SoftCare, Crowd Management Technology (CMT), Taw9eel, etc.
The visitors hailed progress achieved by Wadi Makkah's startups and services provided for the public and private sectors. They voiced pride for having Made-in-Makkah products.
On the other side, Dr. Koshak welcomed the delegation, saying the visit proved that Wadi Makkah can attract investors. He said Wadi Makkah is ready to receive more investors and provide creative technologies. Also, he lauded support given by Chairman of Wadi Makkah and President of Umm Al Qura University Dr. Bakri Bin M'atoog Bin Bakri Assas. He added Dr. Assas helped the startups to achieve new levels of technical investments.
