The UQU Vice Preident for Student Affairs, Sarah bint Omar Al-Khouli, participated on Monday 14 Sha’abn 1439AH in the events of “Escpaing the Comfort Zone” forum, organized by the College of Business Administration, under the supervision of the Vice Dean of the College of Business Administration, Dr. Souzan bint Abdulqader Al-wazan, in the presence of Vice Dean Dr. Sultan bin Aied Al-Baqmy through direct broadcast from the campus in Al-Abideyah where the forum was held. It was also held in the presence of the Vice Dean of University Studies in Ray Zakhir, Dr. Salwa bint Mohamed Al-Mohamadi, in addition to several vice deans and faculty members at the celebrations hall at building “A” at the college’s headquarters.
The meeting started with a welcome message from Dr. Al-Wazan, where she welcomed attendees and extended thanks to them for taking part in this event that contributes to being part of the fields of challenges and innovations.
For her part, Dr. Al-Khouli stressed in her message the importance of the role of Saudi women in the field of business administration in all sectors. She also emphasized the importance of encouraging intellectual accomplishment and turning it into a reality that achieves advantages and administrative innovations.
She praised the efforts made through the support and guidance of the UQU President, Dr. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, which aims to achieve the required integration in the educational environment as well as community activities in a way that suits the 2030 vision of the kingdom.
On the other hand, Dr. Al-Baqmi thanked all students who participated in the forum, and extended hs thanks to Vice Dean Dr. Al-Wazan, as well as Dr. Salwa Al-Mohamadi. He also congratulated the students who won at the events and activities held by the college.
In the same context, Dr. Al-Mohamedi congratulated winning students and blessed their efforts, wishing them success in their future lives.
Participations in the event were presented, including visual presentations to introduce the colleGE THAT Seeks to enhance leadership in the field of business administration through its programs and departments.
Then the points of the forum were discussed, including stories and experiences the participating students went through in the challenge of innovation. Entrepreneurship projects in the kingdom were also presented alongside with the future vision of them.
At the end, winning students in the forum were honored.
