The Deanship of Student Affairs will organize a closing ceremony for its activities and programs for the academic year 1438/1439H on Sunday, Rajab 29, 1439H, at King Abdulaziz Historical Hall. It will be attended by Dr. Abdullah bin Omar BaFail, President of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU), University’s Vice Deans and Colleges’ Deans.
Dr. Amr bin Taha Al-Saqaf, the Dean of the Student Affairs, highlighted that the ceremony will include honoring the winners in the University Role Model Contest for the second year, as a part of Makkah Culture Forum’s initiative. It will also include a number of activities and programs for the student clubs. He added that, every year, the Deanship is keen on honoring the participants in its works in the student clubs, driven by its slogan "Student Firstً". He then referred to the support and consideration of the UQU President and Dr. Abdul Aziz bin Rashad Srougy, the Vice President for the Educational Affairs, for all the Deanship’s programs and activities.
