The College of Applied Medical Sciences organized an awareness lecture and dialogue entitled, “How to Love Myself.” The lecture was presented by Prof. I’tidal Edrees, Islamic Culture Professor at Dar Al-Hekma University in Jeddah and Presenter of Jam’et Al-Jumu’a (Friday Gathering) Program on Alif Alif FM. It was also attended by the College’s vice-deans and staff members at the Medicine College Theatre in the Abediyah-based University City.

During the lecture, Prof. Edrees introduced the mechanism of loving one’s self, overcoming and facing hardships, and correcting internal convictions with total positivity. She also introduced the policy of change and its effect on the individual’s life according to the values and ethics of society.
