Dr. Muhammad al-Ewihli, Deputy Minister of Education for Educational Affairs, paid a visit to Makkah Technology Valley (MTV) on Ramadan 25, 1437H. He was accompanied by the UQU Vice President for Educational Affairs, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Rashad al-Sorouji.
They were received by Dr. Anas Ba-Salamah, IT Director of Wadi Makkah Company, Dr. Majed Abdullah, Supervisor of Public Relations at the company, and Eng. Fakhri Daghestani, the CEO, as well as a number of the company officials.
To begin with, the Deputy Minister made a tour through the e-sensors factory, where he listened to an elaborate account, from Wadi Makkah IT Director, on the work methods in the factory and how e-sensors work. It followed that he watched a presentation on the technologies adopted by Wadi Makkah Company, and the emerging companies it has in a myriad of fields. After that, he watched a movie showing how MTV came to being.
Concluding his visit, Dr. Al-Eihli expressed his pleasure with what he witnessed at the MTV, meanwhile wishing success for all its staff.
