During (Our Harvest.. Our Future) ceremony that was organized by the Institute of Research and Consultation Studies at King Abdulaziz Historical Hall in the university city, Dr. Bakri bin Matouq Assas, President of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU), awarded prizes to the winners of “Umm Al-Qura Consultations Oasis Logo Design” competition. Mr. Mohammed Al-Daees, a staff member of the Deanship of E-learning and Distance Education, won the first place and SAR 10000. Also, Ms. Aml Al-Sobhy won the second place and SAR 5000, and Dr, Sara Al-Khouli, UQU vice president for female student affairs, received the prize on her behalf. The third place and SAR 3000 were given to Dr. Abdulla Feteni.
UQU President congratulated winners of the competition; praising their role they play in the Institute of Research and Consultations Studies under the leadership of Dr. Ali Al- Shaeri, the institute dean, as well as the institute’s vice deans and staff for serving the university community.
For his part, Dr. Ali Al- Shaeri expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to UQU President for his ongoing support to all the institute’s activities and events.
