The UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq Assas, has taken eight administrative decisions as following;
1- Designating Prof. Ahmed bin Abdul-Qadir bin Ibrahim Al-Qarni as the acting Vice Dean of the College of Business Administration for Educational Affairs for a tenure of six months as of Jumada Al-Thani 5, 1439 H;
2- Designating Dr. Rami bin Adel bin Mohamed Bash Miah as the Vice Dean of the Preparatory Year for Branches for a tenure of two years as of Jumada Al-Thani 12, 1439 H;
3- Renewing the mandate of Prof. Mohamed bin Tahir Mohamed Ali Tayeb as the Head of Department of Medical Genetics in the College of Medicine for a tenure of six months as of Jumada Al-Awal 26, 1439 H;
4- Designating Dr. Mohanad bin Salah bin Osman Kalkatawi as the acting Head of the Medical Secretariat Department  in Al-Lith College of Medical Sciences for a tenure of six months as of Jumada Al-Thani 12, 1439 H;
5- Renewing the mandate of Prof. Kawther bint Jameel bin Salem Baljoun as the Vice of the College of Education for Educational Affairs and Development, females section, for a tenure of two years as of Jumada Al-Awal 17, 1439 H;
6- Designating Dr. Maha bin Ghazai bint Abdullah Al-Otaibi as the Vice Dean of the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies for Training and Community Service, females section, for a tenure of two years as of Jumada Al-Thani 12, 1439 H, in addition to her work as the Deputy Head of the Islamic Studies Center in the College, females section; 
7- Designating Dr. Ahlam bint Mohamed bin Saeed Bahamdan as the acting Deputy Head of the D'awa and Islamic Culture  in the College of Dawa and Islamic Theology for a tenure of two years as of Jumada Al-Thani 12, 1439 H;
8- Designating Dr. Fadia bint Mohamed bin Marzouq  Al-Balawi as the Deputy Head of the Humanities Department in Makkah Community College, females section, for a tenure of two years as of Jumada Al-Thani 12, 1439 H;
