UQU President Launches Performance Indicators E-Survey Program

Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq Assas, Umm Al-Qura University President, launched the Performance Indicators E-Survey Program, as a part of the Deanship of  Academic Development and Quality’s plan to get the institutional accreditation, which is being supervised by  UQU Vice Presidency for Development and Entrepreneurship. The ceremony was attended by Dr. Hani bin Osman Ghazi, UQU Vice President for Development and Entrepreneurship; Dr. Mohamed bin Jaafar Thabet, the Dean of   Academic Development and Quality; Dr. Ziab Al-Maliki, the Vice Dean of University Development and Quality for Assessment and Evaluation; Dr. Fahad Al-Dossari, the Dean of Information Technology; Dr. Atef Al-Hejaili, the Vice Dean of IT for e-Transactions; and Eng. Ashraf Asfour.

Dr. Bakri listened to a detailed explanation from Dr. Mohamed Thabet and Dr. Ziab Al-Maliki about the program, its content, objectives and role in spreading the culture of evaluation, empowering the teaching staff members and the UQU leaders and providing them with the necessary tools and potentials to ensure the success of the educational and research process.  

The UQU President blessed the step of the Vice President for Development and Entrepreneurship, represented by the Deanship of  Academic Development and Quality, and Deanship of Information Technology. He lauded the efforts done by the Deanship, Vice Deanship of Academic Development and Quality, and the work team supervising the implementation of the program.  

Dr. Hani bin Osman Ghazi, UQU Vice President for Development and Entrepreneurship, thanked Dr. Bakri for his support and consideration given to the e-services system, which would promote the educational and research system inside the university, and raise the efficiency of the scientific and educational performance. This will be done by following up on the performance of all the university system to promote the its level, as per scientific criteria, driven by the visions and aspirations that the UQU is keen on implementing to be in line with the Kingdom Vision 2030.
