On Day 6 of the 31st Summer Center, organized by the UQU Deanship of Student Affairs, a workshop on how to be a creative leader. The workshop was given by Dr. Rami Basha, Vice Dean of the Creativity and Entrepreneurship Institute.
The workshop is aimed to introduce trainees with the qualities and traits for being a creative leader, so as to enable them to lead work teams proficiently. Outstanding among such qualities is the persistent endeavor to hone and develop skills of the team members, as well as prompting them towards risk-taking, experimentation, ongoing learning and training.
Concluding the workshop, Dr. Amr bin Taha al-Saqaf, Dean of Student Affairs, extended earnest thanks to the workshop speaker for enriching the 31st Summer Center programs with such a valuable workshop.
