The UQU President, Dr. Bakri Bin M'atoog Bin Bakri Al-Assas, has taken a set of administrative decisions. These decisions stipulated:
1- Designating Dr. Aymen bin Abdul Rahim AbdulQadir Al-Sayegh as the Vice Dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences for the Academic Affairs for a tenure of two years as of Ramadan 8, 1437H;
2- Designating Dr. Thamer Salman Falih Al Omayri as the Vice Dean of the Deanship Graduate Studies for the Educational Affairs for a tenure of two years as of Ramadan 8, 1437H;
3- Designating Dr. Esam bin Ali Hasan Khan as the Vice Dean of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah for the Academic Affairs for a tenure of two years as of Ramadan 8, 1437H;
4- Designating Dr. Abdullah bin Faisal Mahmoud Al-Subaei as the Head of Information and Scientific Services Department at the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah for a tenure of two years as of Ramadan 8, 1437H;
5- Renewing mandate of Dr. Mutasim bin Mohammed Khalfullah Ali as the Supervisor of the Environmental Health Department at the College of Public Health and Health Informatics for a tenure of six months, as of Sha'ban 23, 1437H;
6- Designating Dr. Khalil bin Mohamed Khalil Ismail as the Supervisor of the Epidemiology Department at the College of Public Health and Health Informatics for a tenure of six months, as of Ramadan 7, 1437H;
7- Renewing mandate of Dr. Musa bin Sobh Ibrahim Al-Beisi as the Supervisor General of the Academic Follow-up Unit at the Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs for a tenure of one year, as of Ramadan 15, 1437H;
8- Renewing mandate of Dr. Osama bin Mohamed Ahmed Salim as the Supervisor General of Students Programs and Activities Unit at the Deanship of Preparatory Year for a tenure of one year, as of Ramadan 5, 1437H;
9- Designating Mrs. Yasmin bint Monsif Ali Al-Sha'bani as the Supervisor of the Computer Sciences Department at the University College in Adham-Female Section, for a tenure of six months as of Ramadan 7, 1437H;
10- Renewing mandate of Dr. Jamila bint Mohamed Makki Abdullah Selti as the Deputy Head of Diplomas Department at the College of Community Service and Continued Education-Female Section, in addition to its current post as the Vice Dean of the College for Educational Affairs-Female Section, for a tenure of six months as of Sha'ban 17, 1437H.
11- Designating Dr. Maha bint Mohamed Rajaa Marzouq Al-Lahibi, as the Deputy Head of the Department of Social Work at the College of Social Science-Female Section , for a tenure of six months as of Ramadan 7, 1437H.
12- Renewing mandate of Dr. Basma bint Salama bin Salim Al-Rehaili , as the Deputy Head of Geography Department at the College of Social Sciences- Female Section for a tenure of six months as of Ramadan 7, 1437H.
13- Designating Dr. Hanaa bint Jazaa Misfir Al-Dahas Al-Otaibi, as the Deputy Head of the Department of Business Administration at the College of Business Administration-Female Section for a tenure of six months as of Ramadan 7, 1437H.
14- Appointing Mrs. Amna bint Abdul-Aziz Mohamed Al-Yami at the College of Computer Sciences at Al-Qunfudhah Province, as of Ramadan 4, 1437H.
