The 31st summer center organized by UQU Deanship of Students Affairs witnessed in its second day a seminar titled "Your health in the fasting month of Ramadan" presented by the student in the college of medicine Ahmed Binjabi. The course aimed at providing tips to the students in the center on the proper nutrition system for the holy month of Ramadan to maintain good health and avoid overweight . The course also focused on the applications of the Saudi vision 2030 and the role of youth in achieving it.
Concluding the event, the dean of students affairs, Dr. Amro bin Taha Al-Saggaf expressed his thanks to the provider of the seminar for enriching the summer center program.
