The UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq Assas, has taken a set of administrative decisions.
The Advisor to the UQU President, and Supervisor General of his office, Mr. Essam bin Hassan Margooshi, announced that the said decisions stipulated:
1- Renewing the mandate of Dr. Nassir bin Abdullah bin Nassir Al-Shahrani as the vice dean of the Manuscripts and Revival of Islamic Heritage Institute for technical affairs for a tenure of six months as of Rabi Al-Thani 21, 1439 H;
2- Designating Mr. Mohamed bin Hassan bin Mohamed Al-Zubaidi as the Vice Dean of Adhm University College for a tenure of two years as of Rabi Al-Thani 20 ,1439 H;
3- Designating Dr. Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Abdul-Mohsen Al-Firaij as the acting Head of the Quranic Recitation Department at the College of D'awa and Islamic Theology for a tenure o six months as of Rabi Al-Thani 14, 1439 H;
4- Renewing the mandate of Dr. Mohamed Jaafar Thabit as the Executive Director of the Executive Office for Afaq Plan for a tenure of one year as of Safar 6, 1439 H, in addition to his work as Dean of University Development and Quality;
5- Renewing the mandate of Dr. Sami bin Mohamed Ghalib Atterji as the Head of English Language Department for a tenure of two years as of Rabi Al-Awal 6, 1439 H;
6- Designating Mr. Salah bin Mohamed Mosleh Al-Fahmi (4210063) as the Administration Manager of Al-Lith Health Sciences College as of Rabi Al-Thani 21, 1439 H;
7- Designating Dr. Amal bint Mohamed bin Ibrahim Badr as the acting Deputy Head of Psychology Department at the College of Education, females section for a tenure of six months as of Rabi Al-Thani 20, 1439 H;
The UQU President, Dr. Assas, wished them good luck in their new positions, and called upon them to make every effort to drive the university to the sought-after target.
