The Department of Internal Auditing in Umm Al-Qura University in collaboration with Osama Abdullah El-Khereiji – CPA, organized the first training workshop under the theme " Internal Control in light of proper administrative system",  in the period from 15th to 19th Sha'ban 1437H, at the training hall in the university city in Abidiah. 
 
The workshop tackled several issues including; the elements of the proper administrative system in the governmental bodies, internal control in the public sector. The workshop aimed at proving the employees of the university with a number of skills such as identifying the administrative system, identifying internal control and its components and how to apply them on its department, besides the components of  control and the necessary requirements for auditing the internal transactions.  
 
Meanwhile, the Director of the department of Internal Auditing, Mr.  Sulaiman bin Awad Al-Rehaili said " this workshop comes as part of the programs organized by the internal auditing department for the university affiliates". He extended his thanks to all the attendees, UQU President Dr. Bakri Al-Asas, and UQU Vice-President  Dr. Yasser bin Sulaiman Shosho for their continuous support, attention and follow-up to create the proper work environment for the university affiliates.
