UQU Vice President for Postgraduate Studies Honors Participants in the Islamic Finance and Banking Conference

UQU Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Thamir Al-Harbi honored on Sunday 15th of Shaaban 1437H the faculty members and workers in the First International Conference on Islamic Banking and Finance organized by the College of Islamic Economics and Finance in the period from 26th to 28th of JumadaI 1437H. The meeting was attended by the college dean, Dr. Saleh Al-Aqla, vice deans, and faculty members at the businessmen hall in Marriott Makkah Hotel.  
 


Following a brief Quranic recitation at the beginning of the ceremony, the   Dean of the College of Islamic Economics and Finance, Dr. Saleh Al-Aqla, delivered an address in which he extended his thanks to all those who contributed to the success of the activities of the first international economic conference in all committees. He praised their distinctive role and the great feedback represented in the opinions of the officials and economic experts. Meanwhile, he lauded the support and concern of the UQU President, Vice Presidents and its affiliates paid to the college and its programs and activities, wishing success for all. 
 


For his part, UQU Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research delivered speech in which he conveyed greetings and appreciations of the UQU President on the efforts exerted by the participants in the conference works, as a results of which –thanks to Allah- outstanding success has been achieved with a significant impact on the local and international levels. He extended his thanks to the dean of the college and the faculty members on the distinctive efforts they exert through different college departments in graduating national cadres who will contribute to serving the nation in the future. The celebration concluded following handing out certificates of honor to the participants.
