The UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq Assas, has taken three administrative decision.
The Advisor to the UQU President, and Supervisor General of his office, Mr. Essam bin Hassan Margooshi, clarified that the resolution came in light of the comprehensive developmental momentum in all domains which UQU witnessed. It also was in order to continue the university's efforts in the process of working hard to achieve its future objectives, vision and mission to be a leader in its various programs and activities which were consistent with Kingdom Vision 2030.
The UQU President, Dr. Assas, wished them good luck in their new positions, and called upon them to make every effort to drive the university to the sought-after target.
The resolutions of UQU President included the following:
1- Renewing mandate of Dr. Ayman bin Khalid bin Ismail Jawahrji as the dean of Nursing College for a tenure of two years;
2- Designating Dr. Saeed bin Abdul-Rahman bin Saeed Al-Harthi as the Dean of Postgraduate Studies for a tenure of two years;
3- Designating Dr. Mowfaq bin Mohamed Ahmed Oreijah as the Dean of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute for a tenure of two years.
