Jamoum University College in collaboration with the Narcotics Control Department in Makkah, organized the Narcotics Awareness Week at the college headquarters in the university campus in Jmaoum, male and female sections. The exhibition was launched by Governor of Jamoum Mr. Omran Al-Zahrani in the presence of the College Dean Dr. Tawfiq bin Ali Al-Sharif and a number of officials representing government departments in Jamoum Province.  

On this occasion, the Dean of Jamoum University College Dr. Tawfiq Al-Sharif underscored the importance of organizing such exhibitions and awareness activities which protect our male and female students from the scourge of narcotics and its disastrous impacts to their future. In this regard, he lauded the support and directives of the UQU President Dr. Bakri Assas for organizing such events and awareness programs. He also lauded the Narcotics Control Department in Makkah for its cooperation with the college in organizing such awareness exhibitions. It didn’t escape his notice to extend his sincere congratulations and appreciations to all the affiliates of the college including; faculty members and employees at male and female sections in making such event a success and achieving the desired message in such manner which help promoting the educational environment at the college.  

In turn, the Vice Dean of Jamoum University College Dr. Hanadi Gamra launched the exhibition and events of the narcotics awareness exhibition in the headquarters of the college, females section. These event will continue up to Thursday Rabei Al-Awal 5, 1439 H.
