Dean of Admission and Registration at Umm Al-Qura University Dr. Hashim bin Ahmed Al-Samadani received the Dean of Admission and Registration from Tabuk University Dr. Zaid bin Aslam Basfar to review e-services, and registration mechanism of students at the university. The meeting which took place at the university campus in Abdyia on Wednesday Safar 26, 1439 H,  was attended by the Deanship Vice Deans.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Al-Samadani welcomed Tabuk University's Dean of Admission and Registration Dr. Dr. Zaid Basfar and his accompanying delegation stressing that the Deanship of Admission and Registration in collaboration with the Deanship of Information Technology under the directives of the UQU President Dr. Bakri Assas embarked on turning all student services into self e-services to be used upon their request in line with the Kingdom Vision 2030. He added student can start use the e-services starting from his admission to the university until his graduation.  

He further revealed that number of applicants to the university for the academic year 1438/1439 H amounted to 120 thousands at the university headquarters in Makkah and its branches in Jamoum, Adhm, Al-Lith and Al-Qunfudhah. He then lauded the permanent support provided for the deanship by the UQU President Dr. Bakri Assas and the close follow-up of the UQU Vice President Dr. Abdul-Aziz bin Rashad Al-Sorouji. 

From his part, the Dean of Admission and Registration in Tabuk University Dr. Zaid Basfar lauded the technical capacities and human cadres of UQU indicating that Tabuk University endeavors to localize cooperation between the two side and take advantage of the latest  technical services in this field.

It's worth to mention that the two sides discussed the work mechanisms, cooperation between them, besides taking advantage of the experiences in this regard.
