UQU President Launches Teaching and Evaluation Scientific Program for the Faculty Members in the University

President of Umm Al-Qura University Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq bin Bakri Assas launched the Teaching and Evaluation Scientific Program (Café) carried out by the UQU Vice Presidency for Development and Entrepreneurship represented by the Deanship of University Development and Quality. Present in the launching ceremony which took place at his office in Abdyia were; the UQU Vice President for Development and Entrepreneurship, Dr. Hani bin Osman Ghazi, Dean of University Development and Quality Dr. Mohasmed bin Jaafar Thabit, the Vice Dean of the Deanship of University Development and Quality for Measurement and Evaluation Dr. Ziab bin Ayedh Al-Malki, and the Vice Dean of the Deanship of University Development and Quality for Training Dr. Mustafa Yoldash.  

 

Meanwhile, Dr. Assas praised such step taken by the UQU Vice Presidency for Development and Entrepreneurship represented by the Deanship of University Development and Quality. He also lauded the efforts exerted by the Vice Presidency, the Deanship and the team supervising the program implementation.  

 

Within the same vein, the UQU Vice President for Development and Entrepreneurship Dr. Hani Ghazi expressed his thanks and appreciation to the UQU President Dr. Bakri Assas for his support and keenness attached to the system services thus contributing to upgrading the educational and research system in the university and increasing scientific and educational performance efficiency through training and qualification provided for the faculty members in line with the scientific standards based on the visions and aspirations the university is very keen to adhere to in this regards.   


For his part, the Vice Dean of the Deanship of University Development and Quality for Measurement and Evaluation Dr. Ziab bin Ayedh Al-Malki demonstrated an elaborate presentation on the Teaching and Evaluation Scientific Program (Café) and its implications, objectives and role in disseminating culture of evaluation and measurement, qualifying faculty members and providing them with the necessary tools and capacities to ensure success of the educational and research process.
