The UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin Maatooq Assas, has taken 4 administrative decisions.
The Advisor to the UQU President, and Supervisor General of his office, Mr. Essam bin Hassan Margooshi, announced that the said decisions stipulated:
- Designating Dr. Talal A. al-Khairi as Vice Dean of the College of Education for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research for a tenure of two years as of Muharram 08, 1439H;
- Designating Dr. Ali A. al-Zubaidi as the Vice Dean of Admission and Registration at Al-Qunfudah Campus for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 08, 1438H;
- Renewing mandate of Dr. Bassem H. al-Sharif as Head of the Department of Clinical Technologies, College of Applied Medical Sciences, for a tenure of two years, as of Shawwal 14, 1438H; and
- Designating Dr. Nasser A. al-Akhram as Supervisor of the Health Services Department, College of Public Health and Health Informatics, for a tenure of six months, as of Muharram 09, 1439H.
The UQU President, Dr. Assas, wished them good luck with their new positions, and called upon them to make every effort to drive the university to the sought-after target.
