Supreme Supervisory Committee of Profession Day Conducts its 2nd Meeting

Dr. Hani bin Osman Ghazi, UQU Vice President for Development and Entrepreneurship, headed the second meeting of the Supreme Supervisory Committee of Profession Day, which is organized by UQU at King Saud Hall in Al-Abidiya, during the academic year 1438/1439 AH, for the male and female graduates for 1437/1438 and 1438/1439, as well as the male and female graduates of Saudi universities, in a partnership with private sector and in the presence of Dr. Abdelaziz bin Rashad Serogi, the vice-president for educational affairs, and the committee members, in addition to Dr. Hala bint Al-Amoudi, dean of University Studies for Girls. That was in the meeting room of his office at the university headquarters in Azizia.

Dr. Hani Ghazi praised the support and guidance of HE Dr. Bakri bin Maatouq Assas, UQU President, which will be a success of the meeting and the accompanying events. He stressed that organizing this meeting stems from the mission and vision of the university and within its social responsibility in serving the community; pointing out that the Profession Day targets the first-class graduates of the university and then all graduates of Saudi universities.

Dr. Hani Ghazi said that the meeting will be accompanied by holding workshops and training courses that will qualify the graduates to prepare and write CVs, the skills of passing the personal interview, and how to be prepared for the Profession Day. In addition to that, the successful experiences of small businesses will be reviewed by entrepreneurs and inventors. He referred that he will bring together all sectors of the university from colleges, supporting deanships and departments of its graduates with the private sector. He appreciated the support and guidance of HE Dr. Bakri bin Maatouq Assas, UQU President, for organizing the events of this meeting that will contribute to finding appropriate job opportunities for the graduates.
