The UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq Assas, has taken a set of administrative decisions.

The Advisor to the UQU President, and Supervisor General of his office, Mr. Essam bin Hassan Margooshi, announced that the said decisions stipulated:

1- Designating Dr. Adnan bin Noori bin Yahiya Al-Magamsi Al-Harbi as the Vice Dean of the College of Social Sciences for Educational Affairs and Development for a tenure of three months as of Muharram 3 1439 H in addition to his work as the College Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research;
2-Designating Dr. Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Ali Al-Doroubi  as the Vice Dean of Arabic Language Institute for Non-Native Speakers for Scientific Research and Courses for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 3, 1439 H;
3-Transferring the mandate of Dr. Hassan bin Suleiman bin Mohamed Hazzazi  to be the Vice Dean of College of Dentistry for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research as of Muharram 3, 1439 H until the end of his tenure in the College Vice Deanship for Clinical Affairs in Sha'ban 16, 1439 H;
4-Designating Dr. Omair bin Mohamed Amin bin Marzi Rahmat Bukhari as the Vice Dean of College of Dentistry for Clinical Affairs for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 3, 1439 H;
5-Transferring the mandate of Dr. Anas bin Siraj bin Abdul-Rahman Dabloul to be the Vice Dean of Al-Lith Health Sciences College as of Muharram 3, 1439 H until the end of his tenure in the College Vice Deanship for Educational Affairs in Rabei Al-Awal 24, 1439 H;
6-Designating Dr. Ahmed bin Salim bin Mohamed Mahfouz as the Vice Dean of Al-Lith Health Sciences College for Educational Affairs for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 3, 1439 H;
7-Renewing the mandate of Dr. Rami bin Adel bin Mohamed Basha Miah as the Vice Dean of the Deanship of Preparatory Year for Branches for a tenure of six months as of Ramadan 23, 1438 H in addition to his work as the Vice Dean of Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship;
8- Renewing mandate of Dr. Ahmed bin Abdullah Mohamed Osman as the Supervisor of the College of  Public Health and Health Informatics  for Hospital Affairs for a tenure of one year as of Muharram 2, 1439 H;
9-Designating Dr. Waleed bin Ghazi bin Saleh Tajo as the Head of Department of Dental Protection in the College of Dentistry for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 3, 1439 H;
10-Renewing mandate of Mohamed bin Musa bin Hassan Al-Mojamid as the Head of Computer Sciences Department at Al-Qunfudhah Computer College  for a tenure of six months as of Dhul-Hijjah 28, 1438 H;
11-Designating Mr. Turki bin Saleem bin Moslam Al-Qurashi  as the Head of Social Work Department at Al-Lith University College for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 3, 1439 H;
12-Designating Prof. Ashraf bin Abdul-Azim Awais Abdul-Majeed as the Supervisor of Emergency Medical Services at Al-Qunfudhah Health Sciences College for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 3, 1439 H;
13- Renewing mandate of Dr. Mohasin bin Mohamed Ibrahim Mostafa as the Supervisor of the Department of Engineering Sciences and Computer  in Makkah Community College for a tenure of one year as of Muharram 2, 1439 H;
14-Designating Dr. Eman bint Aqil bin Nassir Al-Lhaibi as the Deputy Head of Mathematics Department at Al-Lith University College, females section,  for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 3, 1439 H;
15- Renewing mandate of Dr. Enaam bin Ahmed bin Abid Shoaibi as the Deputy Head of Media Department at the College of Social Sciences, females section, for a tenure of six months as of Dhul-Qe'dah 26, 1438 H;
16-Designating Mrs. Amani bint Saud bin Khaishan Al-Qurashi as the Deputy Head of Arabic Language College at Al-Lith University College, females section, for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 3, 1439 H;
17-Designating Mrs. Manal bint Abdullah bin Saaf Al-Lihiani as the Deputy Head of English Language Department at Al-Qunfudhah University College, females section for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 3, 1439 H;
18- Renewing the mandate of Dr. Hoda bint Abdul-Rahman bin Mahmoud Mashali as the Deputy Head of the Supervisor of Physics Department at Al-Lith University College, females section, for a tenure of one year as of Jumada II 10, 1438 H;
19- Appointing Mr. Naif bin Abdul-Aziz bin Mohamed Al-Ghamdi (4330579)as the Deputy Supervisor of the Affiliate Program for Educational Affairs at the College of Community Service and Continuing Education for a tenure of one year as of Muharram 3, 1439 H;
