The UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq Assas, has taken a set of administrative decisions.
The Advisor to the UQU President, and Supervisor General of his office, Mr. Essam bin Hassan Margooshi, announced that the said decisions stipulated:
1- Designating Dr. Ayman bin Mohamed bin Saleh Moumena as the Head of the Microbiology Department in the College of Medicine for a tenure of six months as of Shawal 25, 1438 H;
2- Designating Dr. Ayman bin Abdul-Moqtadir bin Abdul-Qadir Iskandar as the Head of the Internal Medicine Department in the College of Medicine for a tenure of six months as of Shawal 25, 1438 H;
3- Renewing mandate of Mr. Ali bin Abdu bin Hassan Al-Hassan Al-Faqih as the Head of Art Education Department in Al-Qunfudhah University College for a tenure of two years as of Ramadan 10, 1438 H;
4- Renewing mandate of Dr. Samira bint Ahmed bin Hassan Al-Faifi as the Vice Dean of Designs College for a tenure of six months as of Shawal 28, 1438 H, in addition to her work as the Vice Dean of the University Studies for Girls, Al-Mansour Branch;
5- Designating Dr. Saadia bint Saeed bin Ali Al-Beeshi as the Deputy Head of the History Department in the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies(females section) for a tenure of two years as of Shawal 27, 1438 H;
The UQU President, Dr. Assas, wished them good luck in their new positions, and called upon them to make every effort to drive the university to the sought-after target.
