President of Umm Al-Qura University Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq bin Bakri Assas reviewed report related to Occupational Training Units of Consulting Research and Studies Institute while meeting on Wednesday Ramadan 19, 1438 h with the Dean of the Institute Dr. Ali bin Mohamed Al-Shaari and the working team of the Consulting Research and Studies Institute. 

During the meeting, Dr. Assas listened to an elaborate presentation by the Dean, Vice Dean Dr. Yousef Al-Otaibi and Vice Dean for Professional  Accreditation Support  Dr. Sahl Waheeb on the achievements and performance indicators of the Units which started its works in this regard and the future plans of the five units introduced by the Institute recently including; Training and Continuing Medical Education Unit, Engineering Development and Training Unit, Information technology Unit for Consultancy and Training, Geographical Information Systems Unit for Training and Consultancy, and Instructor's Occupational Development and Educational Leadership Unit. He also viewed a visual presentation  about the mission and objectives of these units keeping pace with the Kingdom Vision 2030 and National Transformation Program 2020 by adopting knowledge based concept and preparing youth for labor market. 

On this occasion, Dr. Assas praised these steps and achievements made and still working on by the Consulting Research and Studies Institute under the leadership of its Dean Dr. Ali Al-Shaari and his working team lauding efforts of everyone in this regard and wishing them all success during their participation in achieving national objectives and in serving the university and community.   

For his part, Dr. Ali Al-Shaari extended his thanks to UQU President for his continuous and unlimited support provided for all activities and programs of the Institute. 

It is worth mentioning here that the meeting was attended by Institute's Vice Dean Dr. Yousef Al-Otaibi, Institute Vice Dean for Professional Accreditation Support Dr. Sahl Waheeb, Supervisor of Training and Continuing Medical Education Unit, Dr. Aymen Jwahrji, Dr. Abdullah Al-Shair from the Instructor's Occupational Development and Educational Leadership Unit , Dr. Mowfaq Oraijah and the Supervisor of the Engineering Development and Training Unit Eng. Hossam Faqiha.
