Within the framework of launching the World Mental Health Day, the Head of the Department of Education and Psychology at Al-Leith University College, Dr. Azhar Samkari, presented a course entitled: “Golden Rules in Mental Health”.

The course, which was held on Sunday, 4 Rabi` Al-Awwal 1443 A.H., targeted the female students of the college. It covered the most important rules for psychological adjustment and mental health, and included some training activities that aimed to fulfill the objectives of the course.
