The Deanship of Library Affairs received the General Supervisor of Investment Administration, Eng. Ahmad Al-Sayegh, and the Deputy General Supervisor, Dr. Afnan Hayat, on Thursday, 21 Dhul-Qi`dah 1442 A.H. The visitors were received by the Dean of Library Affairs, Prof. Khalid bin Sulaiman Maatouq, accompanied by the Vice Dean for Development and Quality, Her Excellency Dr. Najwa Samarqandi, and the Library Director, Mr. Abdullah Al-Sulaimani.
A meeting was held in which the establishment of investments for the Deanship of Library Affairs was discussed. These investments, which are based on the capabilities offered by the Investment Administration, will contribute, Allah willing, to upgrading the information services provided by the deanship to all researchers.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Muhammad Al-Rabighi, the Library Advisor, Mr. Fayez Al-Juhani, the Assistant Director of the Library, Ms. Afrah Malibari, the Head of the Department of Data Management and Quality, and Ms. Sarah Abdul-Hadi from the Department of Data and Quality Management.
