On Sunday, 18 Shawwal 1442 A.H., the Director of the Customer Service Center, Mr. Mansour bin Salman Al-Aqili, paid a visit to the Dean of the College of Community Service and Continuing Education, Dr. Saleh Abdullah Abdul-Muhsen Al-Furaih, at the dean’s office at the College of Community Service and Continuing Education in Al-Aziziyyah.
During the meeting, the most prominent practical developments were reviewed along with the electronic services that would serve the beneficiaries, and solutions and model statements were proposed and discussed to ensure the optimal provision of services to all segments of beneficiaries. In addition, the two parties agreed to overcome all the difficulties that hinder the proper provision of services to the beneficiaries.
The Dean of the College of Community Service and Continuing Education, Dr. Saleh Al-Furaih, explained the importance of the role played by the Customer Service Center in serving the university community and the society, while ensuring that the requirements of the beneficiaries are met with the proper quality and required speed.
The Director of the Customer Service Center indicated that this meeting came within the development action plan, which aims at achieving the institutional goals of the university. Finally, he praised the support and directives of the UQU President and extended thanks to everyone.
