Event Entitled ‘Let’s Safeguard It’
Third year female students at the Department of Physiotherapy at the UQU College of Health Sciences held an event entitled ‘Let’s Safeguard It’ from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 20 Rajab 1440 A.H., corresponding to 27 March 2019 A.C., in the courtyard of the health college building. The event was attended by a number of female affiliates and students of the College of Heath Sciences.
The exhibition associated with the event presented an introduction about joint diseases, symptoms of osteoarthritis, things that pose risks to the joints, and how to keep your joints healthy. During this event, illustrative and educative pamphlets and leaflets were distributed to show how to exercise correctly in order to avoid osteoarthritis. In addition, medals, which presented important tips to protect the joints and the correct positions for daily practices, were also distributed. To view the photos, please click here.
