We are pleased to invite you to attend the proceedings of the 9th Scientific Meeting for the University’s students (the Scientific Meeting is an arena that sheds light on the talents and capacities of students).

The debate preliminaries are from Monday to Wednesday, Jumada Al-Thani 17 to 19, 1439 AH and the proceedings of the 9th Scientific Meeting are from Monday to Wednesday, Jumada Al-Thani 24 to 26, 1439 AH, from 08:30 to 12:30 o’clock, at King Abdulaziz Historical Hall; Backup Hall 1; and Backup Hall 2 in Al-Abdeyyah (for male students) and Abu Al-Ola Hall; Khoqair Hall; and Al-Juffali Hall in Al-Zaher (for female students).

Kindly show your ticket, via phone or printed, upon entry to have the barcode scanned and your attendance registered. If you do not receive a ticket, please make sure to check your email spam folder.

When the Scientific Meeting has come to a close, a certificate of attendance certified by the Deanship of Student Affairs will be sent to the email listed on your own ticket only. To get the certificate, you have to use your university email ([email protected]) when registering.
